THE HEART OF GRACE
More Than an Education.
At Grace Christian School, we believe that every child is created with purpose, uniquely gifted by God, and worthy of an education that nurtures both the mind and the heart.
OUR PURPOSE
Educating the mind.
Shepherding the heart.
Our mission is to partner with Christian families in providing a Christ-centered education that pursues academic excellence, develops godly character, and prepares students for lives of faithful service.
We seek to cultivate students who think critically, communicate confidently, love others sincerely, and understand that every gift and opportunity is ultimately meant to glorify God.
Faith is not simply a part of the education at Grace. It is the foundation of everything we do.
THE GRACE WAY
Three Commitments. One Purpose.
01
Live with
Character.
Cultivating integrity, humility, responsibility, and biblical convictions that guide students beyond the classroom.
02
Learn with
Excellence.
Challenging students to develop their God-given abilities through rigorous academics, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
03
Love with the
Hands of Jesus.
Encouraging compassion, servant leadership, and a genuine love for others that reflects the heart of Christ.
OUR SCHOOL VERSE
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
2 PETER 3:18 | KJV
Our name reflects our calling: to cultivate a community where students grow in grace, deepen their knowledge of Christ, and learn to live for His glory.
OUR FOUNDATIONAL CONVICTIONS
What We Believe.
Our faith is central to who we are. These biblical convictions shape our teaching, guide our community, and reflect our commitment to honoring Jesus Christ in all that we do.
01 The Word of God
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative, inerrant, Word of God.
2 Timothy 3:15; 2 Peter 1:2102 The Triune God
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:1; Matthew 28:19; John 10:3003 Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
John 10:33; Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:35; Hebrews 4:15, 7:26; John 2:11; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Ephesians 1:7; Hebrews 2:9; John 11:25; Mark 16:19; Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:1104 Salvation & Redemption
We believe that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin and who seek His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. We believe in the absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of human nature and that men are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Christ and that only by God’s grace and through faith are we saved.
Acts 3:19-21; Romans 10:9-10; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; John 3:16-19, 5:24; Romans 3:23, 5:8-9; Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 3:505 The Resurrection & Eternity
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
John 5:28-2906 The Unity of Believers
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Galatians 3:26-2807 The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
Romans 8:13-14; 1 Corinthians 3:16; Ephesians 4:30, 5:1808 God’s Design for Humanity
We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God.
Genesis 1:26-2709 Marriage & Family
We believe that God created marriage to be exclusively the union of one man and one woman, and that intimate sexual activity is to occur exclusively within that union.
Genesis 2:18-25; 1 Corinthians 6:18, 7:2-5; Hebrews 13:410 The Dignity of Every Person
We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. Hateful and harassing behaviors or attitudes directed toward an individual are to be repudiated and are not in accord with Scripture nor the doctrines of the school.
Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31
Conviction in truth.
Compassion in action.
Our Statement of Faith reflects the biblical foundation upon which Grace Christian School operates and the beliefs we teach as part of our educational mission.
FAITH IN EVERYDAY LIFE
Faith Isn’t Just
Something We Teach.
It’s something we strive to live. At Grace, biblical truth moves beyond textbooks and chapel services into the everyday moments that shape students’ hearts and lives.
WORSHIP & DISCIPLESHIP
Growing in Christ.
Through chapel, prayer, Scripture, and meaningful conversations, students are encouraged to know God’s Word, deepen their understanding of Christ, and grow in their personal faith.
FAITH & LEARNING
Discovering His World.
From science and history to literature and mathematics, students explore God’s creation, pursue truth, think critically, and approach every subject through a biblical worldview.
COMMUNITY & RELATIONSHIPS
Known. Loved. Encouraged.
Faith shapes the way we treat one another. We seek to build a caring community where students are valued, friendships flourish, and Christlike character is cultivated daily.
SERVICE & COMPASSION
Loving Like Jesus.
Through service opportunities, missions, and everyday acts of kindness, students are challenged to look beyond themselves and demonstrate Christ’s love to others.
OUR HEART FOR EVERY STUDENT
We don’t simply want students to know what is right. We want to equip them to live what is true.
Our prayer is that every student who walks through the doors of Grace Christian School will leave equipped to follow Christ faithfully, serve others wholeheartedly, and glorify God wherever life leads.
YOUR FAMILY. OUR COMMUNITY. HIS PURPOSE.
Come See What
Grace Can Grow.
Choosing a school is about more than academics. It’s about finding a community that shares your values, nurtures your child’s gifts, and partners with you in preparing them for a life of purpose. We’d love to show you what makes Grace special.
