Signature Programs

Grace Christian School is a boutique educational institution aimed at excellence in every way. Our Signature Programs are experiences students get Only at Grace! These programs are central to GCS fulfilling its mission, to the benefit of our students, community, and world.  

1. Early Scholars

Come to Grace, go to college! Our program prepares students for College . . .while still in high school. Early Scholar credits are available through Northeastern Baptist College (NEBC) and the Community College of Vermont (CCV).

GCS students can pursue a Early Scholars Certificate from NEBC and graduate with over 24 credits of college. Early Scholars students with advanced academic potential will be eligible to complete an Associates Degree alongside their high school diploma. Early Scholars programs are available to GCS students for no additional fees or tuition! Learn more

2. Project Serve

GCS students in PS-12 will help others throughout our community, state, nation, and world through this opportunity for service learning. Our new Program Coordinator help to plan and implement ways for our students to impact those around them in real and practical ways. 

Our students serve others regularly through: Operation Christmas Child, yard work, Green Mountain Christmas, We Love Bennington Day, as well as Domestic and International Missions Trips.

“As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another, (1 Peter 4:10).”  We are excited to fulfill this verse as we love with the hands of Jesus!

3. Career Paths

Students prepare for their future jobs . . .while a GCS student. This program includes: job fairs, internships, as well as classes in US Government/Civics, Business Math, Personal Finance, Public Speaking, and more. We have also partnered with Southwest Tech (Southwest VT Regional Technical School District) in Bennington. Southwest Tech offers a wide variety of hands on 21st Century learning which prepares students for college, careers, community. Pick a career, and they have programs for it including:

4. ABLE-(Adventure Based Learning Experiences)

ABLE brings the classroom to life through utilizing the beautiful location of the school just minutes from the Green Mountain National Forest, the Long Trail, and the Appalachian Trail. This program includes, outdoor experiences, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, zoology, ecology, and life science courses.
