Grace Christian School began in 1996 when local Christians recognized the need for Christ-centered education in the greater Bennington area. Classes opened in fall 1997 with 35 students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
In 1998, GCS purchased and transformed a former hotel into the welcoming campus we enjoy today. Since our first graduating class in 2005, more than 200 students have earned GCS diplomas and gone on to succeed in college, the military, the workforce, and their communities.
